"Checkout wording was confusing and the whole thing was annoying"
I was just trying to buy movie tickets, but the checkout page kept acting weird and loading strangely. The wording made it seem like my order hadn’t actually gone through, which was misleading, so I ended up sitting there refreshing and stressing for about 20 minutes. The payment did eventually go through, but the confirmation email didn’t show up right away either. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I looked up a few movies and noticed the actors and release dates were just plain wrong. Maybe it’s not every title, but my gut says this isn’t something I can really trust right now

I usually look up the movie ratings here before I decide what to watch, it does save me from wasting time on bad picks. It’s just kind of annoying that I have to do the extra checking first instead of just being able to pick something and relax...

I’m a bit biased because I really like having all my movies in one place, and for the most part the library loads fine. That said, every now and then a few movies just seem to disappear, which is annoying. They usually show up again later, but it definitely makes the experience feel a little unreliable

"Honestly, it’s just frustrating now"
I don’t know what happened to Flixster, but it seriously feels like every time I actually need to use it, something is off. Pages just sit there loading, showtimes feel wrong or out of date, and a couple times it either froze or threw some random error at me. I tried using it a few times this week and it was just such a hassle. I just wanted to check movie info quickly, and somehow even that turned into a whole annoying thing.

"Movie times were spot on"
I checked showtimes here twice this week and both times they were exactly right. It’s nice not having to guess or double-check a bunch of places. I’ll definitely keep using it when I’m planning a movie night.

"Pretty clunky and not super easy to use"
I found the layout kind of confusing. The menus feel all over the place, and some of the buttons are in weird spots, so it took me longer than expected to figure things out.

Flixster is okay for the most part, and I don’t think there’s anything seriously wrong with it. I just notice the loading can be a little unpredictable. Sometimes pages pop up right away, but other times the movie details take longer than expected, which makes me wonder if it’s my connection or the app itself. It’s not a huge problem, just kind of frustrating when I’m trying to quickly look something up and want to know it’s going to work smoothly.

"Notifications that don’t waste your time"
I actually appreciate the notifications because they only send me the stuff I need to know. No constant spam, no random nonsense—just useful alerts. that feels like basic decency from an app.

"Not really finding much to watch"
I’ve been using it here and there when I have some downtime, and the app itself is fine enough to browse around. I’ll usually sit down with a movie in mind or even just scroll to see what looks good, but after a while it starts to feel like I’m seeing the same options over and over. A few things I searched for weren’t available, and that’s happened more often than I expected. I ended up giving it 2 stars because the selection just feels limited.

I don’t really know what was causing it, but they got back to me quickly and walked me through what to do without making it a whole complicated thing. It ended up working, so yeah, I was happy with the experience...

"Refund took a little while, but they came through"
I had a problem with a movie ticket purchase and ended up needing a refund. It took a bit longer than I expected at first, and I wasn’t sure if my request was being looked at. But support did follow up, kept things moving, and the refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t a totally smooth process, but they handled it and made it right, which I appreciated.

"Works great for what I need"
I’ve been using Flixster and it’s been smooth for me. The pages load quickly, trailers play without freezing, and I can find the movies I’m looking for without much effort. I did notice a tiny lag one time, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really bother me. Overall, I’m happy with how it works for me.

I usually open Flixster when I’m trying to decide whether a movie is actually worth watching. Most of the time, the trailer is easy to find and plays without any issues, which is all I’m looking for.
It’s nice when I’m just browsing and can quickly preview something without jumping between a bunch of other sites. Simple, useful, and it does the job well. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

"Super handy for movie times"
I mostly use Flixster to see what’s playing nearby. Simple. It usually shows all the theaters around me, even the smaller ones I forget exist. Comparing times is quick too. No real complaints. It does the job.
